Susie started out as a writer, wanting to be onstage but allowing her crippling stage fright to keep her behind the scenes. After becoming the mother of teenagers, she realized nothing could possibly be scarier than that so she signed up for improv classes.
Her first taste of improv came in October 2016 when she took the Westside 8 Week Class. Since then she’s worked her way through all the classes Westside has to offer, finally landing safely and soundly on two house teams. Now thoroughly smitten and bitten by the improv bug, she has found room in her heart for both writing AND onstage work.
