Okay, you’ve mastered sketch writing. Now what do you do with all that wonderful material you’ve created? YOU PUT ON A SHOW. You choose scripts. You cast actors. You learn lines (because YOU are an actor, too!) You rehearse. You learn all sorts of stage terms and direction. 8 weeks later, you are wowing your friends and loved ones with your genius! You will perform the show four times, to make sure everyone you know gets to see it. Maybe even your high school English teacher or the theater critic from the New York Times!
(PLEASE NOTE: This class is for aspiring writers ages 18 and up. You must commit to attending at least 6 of 8 classes and scheduled rehearsals and performances. Westside Improv reserves the right to cancel class if enrollment fails to reach the minimum number of students necessary.)
