Players Workshop Attendance and Performance Policy
Weekend Shows
PW opens every Friday and Saturday show with a set lasting approximately ten minutes. You’re welcome to perform in all weekend shows given that you meet the following requirements.
Attend class for two of the three weeks prior to the show you wish to perform. If a student is determined to have broken this policy, Jeff Ash will address that student directly.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late to class, you will be considered absent for that class when determining show eligibility. You may still attend class for the learning opportunity. You may not, however, count that class towards show eligibility.
Arrive on time for the warm up (no more than five minutes late). Warm ups occur in the Joyce DeWitt classroom, which is the smaller classroom in Upper Westside. Please knock if the door is closed. Sometimes, teams rehearse in that space right up until PW warm up time.
Sign up by 5 pm on the date that you wish to perform.
