The Players Workshop program is for improvisers who want to continue working on their long form improv skills. Students learn and practice over a long, more open-ended, and flexible period of time.

When does Players Workshop meet?

Tuesdays from 7-9 pm in Upper Westside

Thursdays from 7-9 pm in the theater

You can attend either Tuesdays or Thursdays depending on your schedule. You can switch sections every week if necessary. You’ll learn from a variety of teachers, who rotate through teaching Players Workshop.

Can I join at anytime?

We’re open to adding new players each month. Send us an email!

Are there any pre-requisites?

You need to have completed our Level 1 and Level 2 classes, and be enrolled in or graduated from our Level 3 class. (Wait. What?) This means that Level 3 students can attend Players Workshop and Level 3 classes at the same time. Alternatively, Level 3 students can wait to join Players Workshop after graduating.

You can request to join the workshop if you have already studied improv elsewhere. Email us!

Does this include performance?

It does! We believe in student performance. See our values! Players Workshop usually opens Westside shows on Fridays and Saturdays unless otherwise indicated.

You will be asked to agree to our policies when you sign up for Players Workshop. Finally, be aware that membership in Players Workshop does not guarantee house team placement. How much does it cost?

To attend class once weekly, subscribe for $75/month.

When you register you’ll put your credit or debit card on file in our secure system and sign-up with your email and password. This way you can change your payment method and manage your account. Registering will also save your information in our system if you are buying other classes.
